This district encompasses the Touchet River Valley from Harvey Shaw Road to Waitsburg and the foothills of the Blue Mountains southeast of Waitsburg, including the south fork of the Touchet River.

William Stonecipher, of 94 Stonecipher Road, Waitsburg is a farmer and machinery sales agent. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Seattle University. Bill is a member and past secretary of the Walla Walla Cattleman’s Association, the Chairman of Waitsburg School Vocational Advisory Committee, and a member of the Walla Walla County Extension Advisory Committee, Washington Association of Wheat Growers, Washington Crop Improvement Association, and St. Mark Catholic Church in Waitsburg. Bill and Linda have been married thirty-eight years and have two grown daughters and two grandsons.
