David “DJ” Frame

This district encompasses the Touchet River Valley from Waitsburg to just south of Dayton and the foothills of the Blue Mountains east of Dayton including the Tucannon River Valley south of Marengo.

David “DJ” Frame, of 828 North Touchet Road, Dayton works in management at American Line Builders, Inc. ALB builds electrical power lines, substations, fiber optic lines and telecommunication towers. DJ has a degree in Business from Washington State University and has completed some graduate courses at WSU as well. In his spare time, DJ coaches youth sports, soccer, softball and baseball. He has served on the board of a geothermal electrical power development company and has participated on two US governmental power trade missions to South East Asia. DJ and Diana have been married for 15 years. They have two children David 12 and Malia 9.
