This is a district surrounding the Walla Walla and College Place urban areas. It includes the area immediately south and east of the City of Walla Walla, the north side of the City of College Place and areas to the northwest of the City.

Tim Pettyjohn, of 309 Fernwood Place, College Place is a shop foreman for a diesel truck repair facility in Pasco. He graduated from DeSales High School in 1961 and has also attended Walla Walla Community College where he took courses in Industrial Arts and Computer Technology. He was raised in North Walla Walla County and operated the family farm before starting his auto repair business. Tim is a member of BPOE, past member of the Prescott Lions Club, and the Walla Walla Soil Conservation Board of Directors. Tim and Dollyjean have been married for thirty-nine years and have four grown children and nine grandchildren.
