This district contains most of the members living in Burbank Heights. It encompasses all of the area west of Lake Road and a large part of Burbank Heights east of Lake Road and north of Highway 124.

Dennis Munden of 27143 Ice Harbor Drive, Burbank is an instructor of Agriculture and Natural Resource Science at Columbia High School in Burbank. Dennis graduated from Washington State University with a double major in Production Agriculture and Agriculture Education. Dennis is involved in many community and professional organizations including, Washington Education Association, National Association of Agricultural Educators, and Washington Association of Volunteer Firefighters, to name a few. Dennis is also a Deacon at the First Baptist Church in Burbank, and sits on the Columbia School District Facilities Planning Committee. Dennis and his wife Lori have three children and two grandchildren.
