This district includes the City of College Place south of The Dalles Military Road and west of Myra Road. It also contains the area on both sides of the State line between Lowden-Gardena Road and Peppers Bridge Road.

Doug Case of 8148 Stateline Road in Lowden is employed as an outside salesman for Pendleton Grain Growers. Doug graduated from Walla Walla Community College with degrees in General Education and Agriculture Production and is a graduate of the Washington Agriculture and Forestry Leadership Foundation. He has served on the Milton-Freewater School District Board of Directors and on the MiltonFreewater Junior Show Board. He is also a member of the Washington Wheat Growers. Doug and his wife Ginger live on the family farm with their four children. The Cases are members of Christ Community Fellowship Church.
