reliable and affordable electricity is only the beginning. At Columbia
REA we continually strive to provide the best possible service
to our members. To us service is not only the electricity that
comes to your home or business; it also means the customer service
provided locally by members of our communities, not a 1-800 number.
While many utilities across the country are closing down local
service centers and shipping jobs overseas, Columbia REA is building
in and providing an even higher level of service to our members.
Since 1939, we have upheld our promise to do whatever it takes
to serve our members in any way we can. After all, if we don’t

At Columbia REA we take great pride in knowing that our members
will get excellent service from anyone of our outstanding employees.
We figure it goes hand in hand with our promise to be a good corporate
citizen. Some may consider this out of fashion, but we can't imagine
doing business any other way.
